Public Presentation Team Visit RitzCinema in Somerset (UK)

Thursday 26th November 2014 saw SCLT Director Ash Jones joining the weekly meeting of Kingswood Probus Club at Warmley Community Centre of the outslirts of the City of Bristol.

KINGSWOOD PROBUS are a very friendly and active Group holding regular meetings with interesting speakers, lunches, outings and holidays. It is a club of approximately 50 members and would welcome any PROfessional or BUSiness men who are free on Thursday mornings and would like to join.

As the week's guest speaker, Ash entertained the audience with a 45-minute, interactive presentation on the history and development of the Senior Citizen Liaison Team charity and discussed the many safety issues affecting the rapidly aging population of the UK.

Ash said, "I have really enjoyed joining this sociable and spirited group for luncheon today. I think my presentation went down quite well as there were a plethora of questions about all things 'senior safety' at the end, which is usually a good sign that I have made people think about how to keep themselves and others safe"

Every member of the group received a personal copy of the award-winning Senior Siren magazine, which is filled with senior safety advice and other lifestyle content, such as recipes, puzzles and society interviews. For your copy, follow the link below:
